Congratulations to IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Lisa Giesbrecht on her Toronto Pro Show win. She is now Olympia bound!

Lisa stood out amongst a group of very impressive women bodybuilders for her strength, beauty, poise, elegance, and confidence. She looked, like all elite athletes at the top of their game look, relaxed. She made it look easy which, for anyone who has ever lifted a weight knows, it is not. I look forward to sitting down with Lisa tomorrow for our interview. I will get it posted for you as soon as possible.

Again, congratulations Lisa. A ton of plain hard work and dedication went into that win and I’m very proud of you. You are an inspiration to us all.
